Richard Beer (1928 - 2017)
Painter and a printmaker. He studied at the Slade School of Art (1945-50). He was teacher of printmaking at Chelsea School of Art, and also taught at the Slade and the British School in Rome. He was a founder member of the Printmakers Council.
