Portrait of an Itinerant Musician Circa 1920

A charming circa 1920's portrait of an itinerant musician in a top hat. German or continental. The older gentlemen is sporting an earring and is playing what looks to be a clarinet and with a bugle slung over his shoulder. A very well painting oil on canvas housed in a modern but good quality gilt frame. 

 

The painting is in very good condition is signed lower left but not legible
