This is a very interesting and beautifully painted oil on canvas of what appears to be a Christian church on the Indian sub continent. The picture is housed in its original high quality frame. We believe the picture is from the first half of the 19th century, unfortunately it is not signed but it merits further research.
Both painting and frame are in very good condition although the picture would benefit from a very light clean.
