Miklossy was a painter, graphic designer, trained musician and collector. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest between 1935-1940, then continued his art studies at Gyula Rudnay's art school in 1940-1942. In the early 1940s, he worked at the artist colony in Nagybánya. It had already won several awards since its inception. He moved to Nagyvárad, where he mainly created large-scale compositions. Between 1949-1977, he was a teacher at the College of Fine Arts in Cluj. He presented his works in Szentes (1942), Nagyvárad (1948), and the Korunk Galéria (Cluj, 1981). He participated in the Venice Biennale, exhibited in Berlin, Athens, Turin, among others. Awards: Rónai Award (1942), Szent István Award (1942), Romanian State Award (1954), Worthy Master of Arts (1945).His works can be found in the public collections of Nagyvárad and Cluj.
