This is a fantastic 18th century rendering of  Raphael's Madonna Terranuova which was originally painted in c1505. The quality of the painting on this image is exceptional.

The work depicts the Virgin Mary with the Christ Child, the infant St. John the Baptist, and another child saint, likely St. Paul. 

The original painting is currently housed in the Gemäldegalerie in Berlin, Germany. 

The painting has got an old reline (approx 60 yrs ago) and is housed in an early 20th century carved frame.
