Selling here is an original early nineteenth-century painting signed lower right. We have not been able to work out the artist's signature, but we think it may be Italian. The painting depicts a topless and barefoot female musician playing the lute. 

Condition: There are a few small scuffs and marks, but the painting is in good condition overall. Please see our images for further description.
