This is an interesting early 20th century oil on canvas which is titled (on reverse of canvas) 'A View near Shere Surrey' the painting is signed with what looks like Mulready and dated 1912, it is of a very good quality and worth further research.

Condition is very good although the painting has a very tiny pucture at middle right in the foliage, this is very small and recent (see images)
